A couple of days ago, I came home to find Juli opening up a new toy. She went online and bought herself a step counter. You know, it’s one of those little black squares that attaches to your waist band and keeps count of each and every step you take. As the curiosity of this little square began to fill my mind, I started asking questions and ultimately Juli’s goal was revealed. Juli has a goal to walk 7,000 steps each day.
As of today her highest count is 6,934 steps.

Good luck! I know you can do it. But can you top your Aunt Judy who did over
200,00020,000 this past week on one of Cessna’s show days? She told me about the healthy strategies/incentives the company is making available. By the way she says she has shin splints and aches all over so I wouldn’t recommend overdoing it. Although, she does admit her body isn’t as young as it used to be. Love youMom
