Modest Messages
Modest Messages is a project I started in March 2007 as a fun way of experimenting with code, design and SEO while making a few extra bucks. After the first year of selling graphic design pinback buttons and t-shirts, the site is paying for itself and gaining traffic each month. In addition to a new design for the site this year, I’ve started adding new button & t-shirt designs to the site each week. Ongoing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keeps me busy monitoring progress with this site in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages).

Wichita Thunder Hockey
As a major venue for Wichita, the Wichita Thunder needed its website to be resurfaced while displaying quality content that was easily accessible. A redesign of their site included Flash, XHTML, CSS, video, consistent navigation, a dash of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and a CMS (content management system). Rituals Hair Salon
The owner of Rituals Hair Salon was looking to freshin’ up the look of her site with funky photos, edgy type and more movement all while keeping XHTML compliant code, and quality content. In addition to a new look, I updated her Great Lengths photo gallery with a custom Flash/XML Gallery. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) topped off the project with excellent overall rankings with major Search Engines.

As a brand-new baseball team in Wichita, the Wingnuts needed a place on the web where their new-found fans could stay up-to-date with news, information and photography about the team.
